Todd works with each cyclist individually, focusing on their fitness level, riding style, and goals, to reach their optimal bike position.     Full Bike Fit

    A full bike fit consists of a thorough understanding of the rider goals, type of riding, history, and challenges. The fit includes:

    • Detailed physical, flexibility, and mobility assessment.
    • Foot assessment/cleat setup.
    • Saddle position: height, fore-aft, and angle.
    • Reach: handlebar, and hood/lever position.
    • Proper posture and efficient, controlled pedal stroke.
    • Suspension setup for mountain bikes.
    • Fit report provided via email.
    • Follow-up session for minor tweaks within 30 days.

    Knee and Foot Alignment

    Proper knee and foot alignment can improve comfort, efficiency, and injury prevention. Our alignment includes:

    • Quick on-the-bike assessment.
    • Cleat position and foot assessment.
    • Alignment of knee and foot using laser technology.
    • Cleat wedges are included if needed.

    Saddle Replacement

    The correct saddle position will maximize comfort and support a neutral pelvis for efficient pedaling. Our saddle setup includes:

    • Quick on-the-bike assessment with current saddle.
    • Positioning of new saddle at correct height, fore-aft and angle.

    Cleat Setup

    Proper cleat setup can improve comfort, efficiency, and injury prevention. We have two ways to approach cleat setup, and will determine to best option for the rider after assessment.

    Option 1:
    • Assess forefoot tilt.
    • Set cleats in a neutral position, adding wedges if needed.

    Option 2:
    • Quick on-the-bike assessment of leg extension and foot position.
    • Detailed foot assessment checking forefoot tilt, arch support, foot collapse.
    • Set cleats in a neutral position, add wedges if needed and ensure foot is supported.
    • Recheck leg extension on the bike.

    Second Bike Fit
